Hi everyone, I have a question about addiction, and how mindfulness can help someone to relieve themselves of it. I have just started sitting, so I dont have any experience. From the little I know so far, being mindful will help give me a choice, it will make me aware of what I'm doing. But I guess my question is, how do I make the right choice, even when I know my life is on the line? I seem to make the wrong choice, even though I know it's wrong. After reading this post to myself it sounds silly but can mindfulness help me somehow??
